Based on the customer feedback for pet having high consumption or want to increase the automatic feeding days, we offer Extender of 2.5 KG TO BE PURCHASED AS ADD ON- while placing the order or you can purchase in future at any time.

C Series - used Conveyor which can handle the small food size and hence the conveyor is small and small capacity motor to offer better price to the customer.

D Series - D series is for dog food, which are usually double the size and the hard in nature and hence the Conveyor is used is bigger in diameter with higher capacity motor to offer can can take cat as well as god food sizes.

Problem during Warranty Period :-we try to resolve it remotely, by our troubleshoot expert , if it is not possible than we usually free ly pick up from place and replace with new product (breakages, damage due to wet food, used with bigger than rated food siz, is not covered) however we can repair and resolve in max 7 days days. across india.
After warranty we have happy customer who are using autopet 3 year- autopet™ is designed with no mantainace perspective. but still if any challenge we have repair at nominal cost to customer and resolve in 7 day across India.
